Wald 252 Review: Wald 252 Bicycle Training Wheels (16 to 20-Inch Wheels). These are definitely heavy duty training wheels. I would think that they would outlast most any kid using them and were far superior in quality to my local bike shop and any of the big retailers around me. Only problem I had was that the product description didn't specify what size axle they would fit on, and the bike my daughter is riding has 14mm axles on the rear, so I'll be sending these back.
